history
Rooster Coffee Company or "RCC" is Navy born and Rustbelt raised. Founded by C.R. Ruther aka "Rooster" during his Navy stint while stationed on the U.S.S. John F. Kennedy post 9-11. It was shelved for several years due to a huge decrease in cafes worldwide. Recently taken off the shelf, dusted off and re-injected with a new network. The theme for RCC has retained 90% of its originality bypassing the current "Hippie / Billy Bad Ass" themes 20 years later. Rooster Coffee Company will keep things "Old Skool" and more family friendly. We even register or identify our venue with local Police and Fire Departments as a "Safe Place" for your kids.

Rooster's Mission Statement "theory" is simple. Why go into a Café, order a highly caffeinated beverage and TRY to enjoy it with an ambiance that puts you to sleep. Adding to that "The Billy Bad Ass look is dead". Just sayin'.

Our unique coffee blends are both from the US and Locally in the country our markets are based. All coffees will not exceed a 6 month shelf life like other Cafes. We want to wake you up not spit it out. There are also "Flavored" blends, but are mostly seasonal. Our Coffees and Blends are available for wholesale, bulk and retail in house. RCC also offers Chicory and Pea berry blends.

Rooster Coffee Co. worked HARD on this portion of the menu. With that, we are also going to leave some of these menu options for our PATRONS to decide. Each season will have 2-3 specialty teas, chai, matcha or mocha flavors up for "Election". Winner gets added to the following Season. These choices being on top of our regular menu items like Charcoal Mochas and smoothies, Rooster's "NoHo" Green Tea Matcha Frappe and Our Kids Menu Bubblegum Matcha Frappe.

Our Deli and Specialty Menu is Old School based on an U.S. Mid-Western, Cleveland, Detroit and Chicago Tradition "Go Big or Go Home". Our UAE menu is "Halal" friendly, although still having various pork based menu items throughout because well... a "sammich" without bacon is just...well.... WRONG!
If you and the family are starving after a long day of fasting during Ramadan? Easy peazy. Register your better half and those crumb snatchers to one of our Seasonal Brunches. Our goal is simple. You leave hungry? That's YOUR fault.

We've already described our brunches, but did we mention our various events and charities like "Cream and Sugar Nights".. Cue the Barry White music and just imagine. Awe Yeah Baby.. We get you and your lovebird in our venue for a night of romance and caffeinated memories.. We won't even be surprised if you name that future Junior "Rooster" . (We'll let you..).
This doesn't include events through Rooster's Chicken Brigade or our partnered events like "Rooster's Run"( 3-5 day Desert Camping excursion), Zombie Runs, Pet 5K Runs, Bowling and Zorb League or Boomco Capture the Flag for the kiddos . These are "Private Cafe" events with some kind of local charity behind it. So you can have fun while Rooster pays forward in good deeds for his ill decisions from the past and those black out nights in port during the Navy days.
